1. You, as a cannabis licensed producer, provide us with your outstanding invoices from the Provincial boards.
2. We review the invoices and determine their value. We offer to purchase your invoices from you and advance you a percentage of their total value.
3. We get repaid by collecting the payment from the Provincial boards on the invoices we purchased from you.
4. Once we receive payment from the Provincial boards, we will pay you the remaining invoice amount (minus any price protection or chargebacks by the Board), minus our fee.
