Katie: How long have you been a client of Capital Now?
Cherie: I believe it was the summer of 2017 when we started.
Katie: In one word, how would you describe your experience with Capital Now?
Cherie: it’s been pretty much hassle free, I’d say! It has been fantastic!
Katie: Did you have any hesitations before partnering with Capital Now?
Cherie: We factored one other time before, a few years ago, and it was a way more in depth process for the application. We had to give personal guarantees and stuff like that. So, when we were first looking into it again, I was curious to see if that would be the case and it wasn’t at all! It was very easy.
Katie: What was the turning point that got you to take action?
Cherie: We deal with a lot of oilfield customers that basically have extended terms of payment that makes it difficult for the other customer to keep paying their own bills on time so, that is why we were considering it again.
Katie: And then what happened?
Cherie: Everything got really easy! It was a big help!
Katie: Has your business changed as a result of your partnership with Capital Now?
Cherie: I don’t have anything specific. The service is always really good! It’s always good!
Katie: Can you think of a situation where Capital Now was difficult to deal with?
Katie: What would you say to prospective clients of Capital Now?
Cherie: I would say, just talk to Capital Now and see if it’s a good fit. And if not, so be it. But I think it would definitely be a good option for business owners like myself.
