I recently chatted with Marc Larocque in Calgary of Acadian Caulking and here’s what he had to say about his experience with Capital Now…
Katie: How long have you been a client of Capital Now?
Marc: Maybe 2 weeks.
Katie: In 1 word, how would you describe your experience with Capital Now?
Katie: Did you have any hesitations before partnering with Capital Now?
Marc: Yes, as any decision I make with my business.
Katie: What was the turning point that got you to partner with Capital Now?
Marc: I hired an employee and in my business, you can wait a long time before you get your money and I needed to make sure that I could pay the guy.
Katie: Has your business changed as a result of your partnership with Capital Now?
Marc: It’s too soon to say.
Katie: Tell me about a situation where Capital Now went out of their way to help?
Marc: Simply the fact that I got a meeting as soon as I asked for one, that was good!
Katie: Can you think of a situation where Capital Now was difficult to deal with?
Marc: Nope. The only thing I had a hard time with was that I had a hard time printing the paperwork that they sent me. I don’t know if it was my computer, my program, or myself. Usually, I can print things so I don’t know what went wrong. But they did send it in the mail and I received it yesterday.
Katie: What, if anything, would you change about your experience with Capital Now?
Marc: So far, nothing.
Katie: What would you say to prospective clients of Capital Now?
Marc: I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it.
Katie: What can we do to surprise you? What can we do, not to make this better, but to make you tell everyone about it?
Marc: Maybe a winning lottery ticket! For real though, I would recommend you guys to anyone with just the service I’ve received!
